Possible reasons you won’t get a settlement or a balance.

There are certain instances where the system will not send the settlement amount or outstanding balance to you, but advise you to contact the MFC Service Centre or await a response from our service centre.

These instances include:

The MFC account has been active for less than 6 months.

You will receive the following message:

"MFC a division of Nedbank. Thank you for your request. You will receive a response from our service centre. Visit www.mfc.co.za for more information."

The MFC account has an arrears status.

You will receive the following message:

"MFC a division of Nedbank. Thank you for your request. You will receive a response from our service centre. Visit www.mfc.co.za for more information"

No record found.

You will receive the following message:

"MFC a division of Nedbank. Thank you for your request. We don’t have an active finance account for the ID number. Contact the MFC service centre: 0860 879 900"
